Help strengthen mental health resources in our community, increase access to care and bring individuals together to heal.
As you proceed through the woods, think of how a tree puts down its roots (the condition/disorder), grows (working through the process) and the tree flourishes (coping and managing). The Engage and Heal Foundation does just that by providing resources and education to better understand mental health and help those suffering. We believe recovery starts with a simple conversation.
