In the week of World Suicide Prevention Day join us at parkrun to remember and honour those we have lost to suicide, support those currently experiencing suicidal thoughts, and stand alongside families, friends, and communities impacted by suicide.
We will be joined by a guest speaker from Lifeline who will speak about this topic that takes on average 9 lives per day.
Please wear blue and yellow in support of this worthy cause.
