Out of the Darkness brought to you by N.O.R.A. : A Discussion About Mental Health for Black Men is a community conversation focused on breaking the stigma surrounding mental health in the Black community. This event will create a safe space for open and honest dialogue, encourage healing, connect attendees with resources, and strengthen community support among Black men. Join us on October 29 at 6:00 PM at Poolside Cooking Cafe, 3877-510 Holland Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23452, for an evening centered on real conversations, mental wellness, hope, and collective healing. Hosted by Norva.net, the event aims to empower participants to share their stories, find support, and remind one another that no one has to face life's challenges alone. "Your story matters.
