Looking for an easy way to get out of the house, move your body, and meet other local moms? Come join us for a relaxed stroller walk followed by playtime at the playground!.
We’ll start with a 20-minute, all-levels stroller walk—no pressure, no pace to keep, just fresh air and friendly conversation. After the walk, we’ll head to the playground so the kids can play while moms connect.

This is the perfect chance to:
-Get moving without overthinking it
-Meet other moms in the community
-Let your little ones burn off some energy

All fitness levels, pregnancy stages, and kid ages are welcome. Bring your stroller, a water bottle, and a friend if you’d like!
