The force of the awakening of Self inspires, motivates and guides our evolution into higher dimensions of awareness. This journey is an internal, spiritual passage through the dimensions of our own consciousness that shifts our sense of identity away from the social or personal self
(focused on the physical body and our individual mind} to this Sacred Self.
The yogic tradition details this journey through seven spheres of energy and information known as the CHAKRAS.
The Chakra System is the electromagnetic structure of our consciousness, created by the flow or our Life Force through the mind and body. The Chakras are the intersections of energy and consciousness located along the main energy channel flowing from the upper brain to the base of the spine, and regulating our physical, mental, and emotional states.
Each Session will include key info of colors, numbers, crystals , planets, addictions, essential oils, etc associated with each chakra!

The Root Chakra. "Acceptance." More primitive energies. Is at the Coccyx. about how safe and secure we feel....Our survival and passions come first.. You can realize your dreams as you have the maturity, stamina and perseverance to see your dreams turn into reality!
All workshops will end with a well intentioned meditation with Mother Earth Drum!

The Sacral Chakra. We affirm joyful living. The Seat of the Self, Power of Relationships.. Sensual and Sexual..Usually more interaction with others with a wider range of emotions. Can have strong desires that want to be satisfied... You can create a lifestyle that invites comfort, ease and a healthy exercise program!

The Solar Plexus, 3rd Chakra The Center of Selfhood and Identity. Our Powerful Self to learn from, manage... affecting our Digestion, Bloodsugar, Intestine, Beliefs to name a few! Complexity!

The Heart and The Throat Chakras, 4th and 5th Chakras #4..Love of God/Spirit/Others, Wisdom yet Detachment, Compassion! #5 Expression, Communication, Responsibility!
