🌿What to expect:
Yoga Flow & Meditation:
Start your morning with a rejuvenating yoga and breathwork meditation session led by Kacper, a certified instructor and co-owner of Center Yoga.
Guided Wellness Circle:
Participate in an enriching wellness circle led by therapist Jessica, LMSW with Resilire Therapy, providing an opportunity for insightful discussions and meaningful connections in a supportive environment.
Community Hour and Nutrition-Mind Connection Conversation:
You'll connect with like-minded individuals during our community hour and enjoy refreshments from our partners. During this time, our registered dietitians Julia and Mimi of JAM Nutrition will lead a guided conversation exploring the intricate relationship between nutrition and mental well-being.

2:15 pm: Check-In Begins
2:30 pm: Yoga Session and Guided Meditation with Kacper
3:30 pm: 5-Minute Break
3:35 pm: Guided Wellness Circle with Jessica
4:15 am: Community Hour
4:30 am - 4:50 pm: Julia and Mimi will give a talk on the food-mind connection.
5:00 pm: Event Wrap-Up
