Our Spiritual Immune System: Practices for Psychic Self-Defense (Hybrid)

Our aura, the energy field that surrounds our physical body, is our spiritual immune system. In this workshop we’ll learn how to strengthen this immune system against negative thoughts, energies, and entities. We’ll begin with basic techniques of aura protection designed to protect our energy field against negative influences. Next, we’ll learn how to identify the symptoms of psychic attacks, what makes us vulnerable to them, and how to defend ourselves against them.

To further strengthen our spiritual immune system, we’ll learn how to screen out negative entities, call for help when needed, and draw in positive entities who can teach, guide, and protect us. Finally, we’ll learn the fundamentals of creating sacred space as a protective extension of our spiritual immune system at home and in the workplace.
