What Is Psychic Self-Defense—and Do We Really Need It? (Hybrid Event)

As a practicing clairvoyant, I am often asked about how to protect ourselves from the unhelpful, often unhealthy influences of negative thoughts, energies, and entities. In twenty-plus years of learning and teaching others how to work with the human aura, the energy field that surrounds our physical body, I have developed an arsenal of visualization techniques designed to provide relief from such influences. Our aura is a spiritual immune system, each level of which can protect us from dangerous spiritual, mental, emotional, and even physical situations in which the integrity of that immune system may be threatened. In this lecture, I explore the nature of negative thoughts, energies, and entities; what makes us vulnerable to them; and how we can we free ourselves from their effects.
