Our Medicine is a holistic wellness experience created for staff to support workplace wellness rooted in the understanding that mindset, movement, food, and balance are powerful forms of medicine. Drawing from Indigenous teachings, human development principles, and Somatic Yoga Therapy, this workshop supports participants in reducing inflammation, restoring balance, and reconnecting to self through practical, everyday practices.This immersive experience emphasizes wellness as a returning to self—honouring the physical body, emotional balance, and personal responsibility for health. Participants engage in experiential learning that blends education, movement, reflection, and community dialogue.
