Join Our Community Group and Opportunity Zone for a day of wellness, connection, and community! Bring the family to meet local health partners, explore resources, and enjoy activities that support healthier lives.

What to expect:

• Health screenings and information from community health partners
• Youth basketball clinic
• Yoga, dance, and movement activities
• Our Run Club community run
• Vendor and community resource expo
• Music, DJs, and food trucks

This event also gives you a voice in shaping Our Community Health Hub, a community effort focused on expanding access to preventive and primary care for Near East Side residents, especially in ZIP codes 43203 and 43205.

During registration, we’ll ask a few short questions about your health priorities and support needs. Your feedback will help guide future services and programming.
