About this Event

Childbirth and Baby Basics is a FREE, four-part class to support you during your pregnancy journey. This class is the first session of the series. We encourage you to sign up for all four classes. Each session is around 2 hours.

Topics include:

Class 1: Labor

• Third trimester overview
• Stages of labor
• Comfort techniques
• Pain management options
• What to expect when you get to the hospital
