في الورشه دي:
*حنتعرف على تحديات النمو النفسي و الاجتماعي للمراحل الاربعه الاولى من حياتنا، وفقاً لنظرية "اريك اريكسون".
النظرية الي بتوضح أن
اول ثلاث مراحل نمو هما اهم مراحل في حياة الانسان، لاننا بنكون فيها العالم الداخلي بتاعنا، الي في معتقدتنا عن نفسنا و الناس و العالم الي حوالينا و بالتالي ده بيحدد اساس شخصيتنا و ديناميكييات علاقاتنا في المستقبل
العالم الداخلي لنفسي و لولادي هو الاساس الي ورا تصرفاتنا و افعالنا، و لما بكون مش واعيه بي، ببقى مش فاهمه انا ليه بعمل كده او ليه ولادي بيتصرفوا كده
و كتير من خناقتنا مع ولادنا اننا مركزين على تصرفاتهم و افعالهم بس، فبنتعامل معاها بنقد و لوم و تأنيب و مواعظ، و ده بينزع الامان و الثقه من ولادنا ؛ و كمان المشكله مش بتتحل ولا التصرفات بتتغير
لكن لو عرفنا ايه الي ورا تصرفاتهم و افعالهم،
حنقدر نتعامل معاهم التعامل الي يقرب العلاقة مش يبعدها و يغلفها بالامان و الثقه و التراحم
و علشان علاقتنا بنفسنا هي
اساس اي علاقه في حياتنا، حنكتشف و نفهم ولادنا و علاقتنا بيهم من خلال وعينا بعلاقتنا بنفسنا، علشان نبني علاقات اقرب و اكتر تراحم من قلوبنا.
In this workshop, we will explore:
**Erikson’s Developmental Theory:**
This theory highlights the unfolding stages of our Identity and Sense of Self, showing how our early social and emotional experiences shape who we are today.
Together, we will dive into the unfolding journey through which we develop our Primary Self, and the challenges that influence its growth, either by strengthening or blocking it.
This awareness will help us better understand how we impact the development of our children's Primary Selves, fostering deeper understanding & compassion in our relationships with them.
We will go beyond thoughts & behaviors and into a deeper inner world of feelings and needs.
We will shine the light of awareness on the hidden qualities of Self.
