Pilates is a movement system aiming at rehabilitating the spinal column and improving posture. It provides a full-body workout that moves the spine in all planes, creating more muscular balance, strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
By moving on different equipment Pilates creates a new awareness of the movement in space, improving life quality as well as any sports performance.
Practicing Pilates is an option for everyone, from the senior population looking into improving functionality, to elite athletes looking to improve their sports performance and prevent injuries.
Reform Pilates Studios students range in all age groups and any fitness level, we have senior students as well as Olympians working side by side!
Reform Pilates Studios will host the international Peak Pilates Level 1 comprehensive training with a brand-new setup!
Module 1 will cover the essential basic repertoire of exercises on all the Pilates apparatus (mat, reformer, cadillac, barrels, and chair)
Modules 2 and 3 will add more intermediate exercises and deepen the understanding of the system and help teachers improve both their practice and teaching skills and understand why Pilates is not just a workout but a movement system.
Module 4 will revise all the material and test all teachers for final certification.
The level 1 comprehensive training is a 200-hour certification that includes class hours as well as certified self-practice and teaching. It also includes a theoretical part covering functional anatomy and kinesthetics.
With 3 fully equipped branches, Reform Pilates Studios is the only specialized classical Pilates studio in Egypt.

All Reform Pilates Studios staff is internationally certified and constantly keeping their education up to date.
This course is presented by Level 3 Master Trainer Mila Bonvini.
Mila is the highest qualified Pilates master trainer in the Middle East and Africa with students all over the world and owner of Reform Pilates Studios.
Module 1: November 8th and 9th, 2024.
The remaining modules will be agreed upon with the group.
*Cost of the course: 700 EU (or equivalent in USD) per module, or 655 EU per module for 4 modules paid upfront (or equivalent in USD)
Workshop material: 325 EU (or equivalent in USD)*
*Fee for re-assessment 75 EU (or equivalent in USD) per failed portion*
Deadline for registration:
325 EU for the material + 150EU downpayment for Module 1
The remaining payment can be processed as follow:
the remaining 550 EU to complete the full payment by November 1st

(Students who didn’t complete payment won’t be admitted to the course nor reimbursed)
