Rye Whiskey was the most prevalent whiskey produced in the United States prior to prohibition. It started back prior to the revolution and there were many products available. Recently Rye Whiskey has again made a resurgance and there are many expressions being produced accross the country. This class focuses on the Whiskeys now being produced outside of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Tennessee.
