Oslo Penguin Cup is Norway's premiere HEMA and historical fencing tournament, held annually(covid excepted) in Oslo since 2018. Our goal is to hold a friendly and well run tournament where both beginners and advanced fencers get to enjoy a lot of fencing.We encourage beginners to sign up for the open tournaments as well as the dedicated beginners tournament. The open tournaments will have a mix of beginners, intermediate and experienced fencers, which is an excellent way to gain experience as a beginner.
We also provide the option to sleep at the venue for cheap (book during registration, limited to 30 spots), this is a good way to save some money for the budget conscious fencer.

For longsword and sword & buckler tournaments swords will be provided by us. For the rapier and sabre tournament you must bring your own sword.
