Osho developed Dynamic Meditation in the 1970s in response to the increasing 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞.
His insight was simple:
