About this Event
This course is delivered over four Wednesday sessions: May 27, June 3, June 10, and June 17, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM each day. Registration covers all four sessions. Attendance at all sessions is required for certification.

This comprehensive, in-person training equips participants with the knowledge and tools to recognize, evaluate, and control workplace hazards in compliance with OSHA’s General Industry standards (29 CFR 1910). Over four full-day sessions, attendees will learn practical strategies to prevent injuries, strengthen safety culture, and promote proactive hazard awareness.
Designed for anyone with responsibility for workplace safety, this program emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and real-world applications, enabling organizations to create safer, more productive work environments. Upon completion, participants earn the OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification from the U.S. Department of Labor.
Training Objectives
- Be familiar with applicable OSHA regulations and employer responsibilities
- Recognize common workplace hazards and apply control strategies
- Support injury and illness prevention and compliance efforts
- Promote safety leadership and proactive hazard awareness

- OSHA foundations, worker protections, and recordkeeping
- Walking-working surfaces, electrical safety, machine guarding, and lockout/tagout
- Powered industrial trucks and emergency action planning
- Hazard communication, PPE, ergonomics, and exposure prevention
- Bloodborne pathogens, noise, confined space awareness, and heat stress
Learning Outcomes
- Earn an OSHA General Industry 30-Hour certification from the U.S. Department of Labor
- Demonstrate increased understanding of OSHA General Industry regulations and employer responsibilities
- Apply hazard recognition and control techniques to reduce workplace risks
- Support injury and illness prevention through improved compliance and safe work practices
- Strengthen safety leadership and proactive hazard awareness within their organization
IMPORTANT: Participants must attend ALL four training days to earn the OSHA 30-Hour Card.
