Visit OMAM during the First Saturday Ormond Art Walk to meet Micayla Williams and see her pop-up exhibit on display inside the reception gallery. At 5:00pm, the artist will give a gallery talk at 5:00pm sharing how she transitioned from canvas to clay."What started as a leap of courage became an awakening, ignited by vibrant palettes, layered forms, and women reimagined in fearless, multicolored expression. My journey into ceramics expanded that vision, allowing clay and texture to move organically while celebrating nature, florals, and the wild strength of femininity. I create because I must—and through this work, I invite you to feel deeply, live boldly, and embrace the unapologetic power of your own uniqueness.”
Admission to Art Walk is always FREE, and you can ride the complimentary shuttle to visit all stops. Beer and wine will be available for purchase inside the museum.
