About This Workshop:

Join Kas for an afternoon of relaxation to recharge this holiday season. Together we will explore nourishing breathwork to encourage grounding and a combination of activating and rejuvenating poses to encourage release. Our practice will be topped off with a guided meditation and an extended Savasana, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored. Treat yourself and a loved one with the gift of presence!

About your instructor Kas:

Kas is a yoga teacher, social worker, writer, and avid traveller. She brings her love of exploration to the mat and leads classes that are rooted in compassion and curiosity. Together you will move, flow, and breathe toward a more connected experience both on and off your mat.
