We are very happy to announce the annual New Year’s Day Sadhana & Kirtan Gathering! What better way to ring in the new year than to offer up the fruits of these beautiful spiritual practices to all beings?
We will start off with an all-encompassing Maha Sadhana - the great practice that exercises the eight limbs of yoga, taught by Anjali Om (Justine Hoang) according to the methods of living yoga master, Sri Dharma Mittra.
We will follow this up with a vegetarian/vegan potluck; we invite you to bring a plant based dish to share!
Then, we will continue with a satsang featuring an uplifting kirtan led by the OMBuds (Anjali Om, Melissa McLeod and Stephen Lenser) and other amazing kirtan wallahs from the Art of Living community (Akhil Nair, Evan Runge, Anj Merriam and Stephanie McGuire). We will conclude with a short meditation and aarti (a ceremony of light that connects us to the Divine Guru within).
We hope very much that you will join us! All are welcome, so please bring your families and friends to what promises to be an exceedingly blissful and electrifying gathering!

✪ Cost for Kirtan Only: Voluntary cash donation, payable at the door. Proceeds will be split between supporting the continued efforts to deliver these satsang events (sound equipment expenses and facility rental fees), and the Mental Health Commission of Canada, in consideration of those living with mental health issues, both victims and their loved ones.
