As the longest night of the year arrives, we gather in sacred space to honour the turning of the light.Join me for Sanctuary of Sound- A Winter Solstice Journey, an immersive Sound Bath Meditation designed to help you release the heaviness of the past year, reconnect with your inner guidance, and step into the light of renewal.This deeply restorative evening will include:

A guided grounding meditation
Crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and intuitive sound healing
Energetic clearing and heart-center expansion
A closing moment of reflection and intention setting
Tea & cookies afterward to integrate and connectThe Winter Solstice is a powerful time for clarity, release, and rebirth. You will leave feeling lighter, grounded, and aligned with the energy of new beginnings.

Please bring:
– A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
– A blanket & pillow
– Water
– A pen and paper (we’ll be doing a short reflective/intention exercise)
