Welcome into the Chakra UniverseStep into a journey of self-discovery and resonance as we explore a new chakra each week. Connect with the wisdom of your body and the energy of your chakras.
Through 1h30 of yoga, movement, breath, and meditation, we will immerse ourselves in the seven chakras, experiencing each as a unique universe of growth and connection.

Move, sense, feel, and visualise your chakras.
Each session offers tools to deepen your awareness, create space for connection, and integrate the energy of the chakras into your life. These tools are inspired by rituals and practices that I have created and that have guided me. They are invitations to connect more deeply with yourself and your journey.
I warmly invite you to join me in this shared exploration and take what feels true to you. Together, we will uncover the energy, vision, and wisdom of the seven chakras.
