Origami – Being in the present moment

The word Origami from the Japanese ‘oru’ – to fold and ‘kami’ – paper denotes the art of folding paper to make beautiful creations.

Just as a single sheet of paper can be transformed to something beautiful with patience perseverance and imagination through this session we will also learn about transforming our own daily lives into something beautiful by concentration and by practicing these values.
