Join us for an introductory class on how to navigate with a map and compass! We will look at a different types of maps, learn how to use a compass, and then navigate our way along a short course here at the canyon center. All materials will be provided, but be sure to bring a water bottle and closed toed shoes.WEATHER: As with all outdoor events, if it's raining/stormy or very poor trail conditions, we may have to cancel. If the weather is questionable, please check with the Canyon Center.
