Ordinary Magic: The Power of the Cycle
About this Event
We see nature's flow in the dark and light of each day, and in the warmth and cold of each season, but we tend to resist change in our own lives. Together we will practice entering the flow of life as we explore rest and growth, intuitive movement, simple breath and somatic techniques, and personal strategies of support.
Participants will reflect on how our own emotions can act as guides and discover ways to nurture ourselves through difficult moments. Wear something comfortable and be ready to move your body (as gently as you wish)!
You are welcome to attend whether or not you participated in the first workshop, The Energy of Emotions
