This support group is for people affected by oral, head and neck related cancers. Led by a social worker, support groups allow individuals to meet others experiencing similar things and give people the chance to:
- share questions, concerns and feelings
- connect with others who understand
- reduce levels of stress and anxiety
- increase coping skills
- develop a sense of well-being
