Looking for something to do during the school holidays? Come and join our Teen Boxing Skills Workshop. Open to high school students of all skill levels!
Day One:
- Beginners technique
- How to wrap hands
- Basic punches
- Footwork
- Beginner drills
- Games & activities
Day Two:
- Intermediate Technique
- Combinations
- Defense tactics
- Agility
- Intermediate drills and activities
Morning Tea & Lunch will be provided for each child. Please advise of any allergies.
