Does your teen want to keep fit in the off-season, or learn to box from professional coaches & become a fighter?
Under our world champion head coach Tapu Opetaia, your young athlete will systematically build boxing skills, physical fitness, and tactical confidence. Each week features focused technical development, conditioning, and supervised sparring.
WHAT YOU GET
* 8 Weeks of professional boxing coaching in exclusive sessions for teen Athletes
* Gloves & wraps plus training tee
* Information night with all our coaches outlining the program, training load, mindset, injury prevention, nutrition & recovery
* Structured weekly training schedule
* Unlimited recovery sessions (infrared sauna, ice bath & compression)
* Access to coaches for questions, discussions about personal progress
* Consult with qualified Sports Nutritionist available
* Sparring opportunities with suitable opponents and full professional supervision
* End-of-camp sparring night and celebration event
WHEN ARE THE EXCLUSIVE TEEN TRAINING SESSIONS
7am Monday, Wednesday & Friday (with Tapu Opetaia)
4pm Tuesday & Thursday
Sparring 6pm Wednesday OR 8am Saturday
FEES
$110pw for 8 weeks
When you sign up you will secure your spot with the first week's fee as a deposit. Nothing more to pay until 17 October.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU SIGN UP
* Registration is simple and open to teen athletes of all skill levels.
* Complete the registration form by setting up an account for you and your teen
* Enter your payment details for the first week's deposit to be taken on signup. Nothing more to pay until 17 October.
* Download an app called Momence and sign in using the details you used at registration
* Attend the information night at Opetaia Boxing Club on Friday 10 October at 5.30pm where they will receive their gloves, wraps, training t shirt and we will go over the entire camp and how it works

Do I need boxing experience?
No, our program is designed for all fitness and skill levels.
Is the Fight Night safe?
Absolutely—all bouts are matched for safety, and we have experienced referees and medical staff on-site.
Can I bring guests to Fight Night?
Yes! Friends and family are welcome to attend and support you.
What’s included in the fee?
All training sessions, gloves & wraps (headgear & boots not included), and post-event celebration.
