Operation Red Monarch II
Story Arc:
Circa 2010
CIA Operative, Code name "Monarch" was deployed to Columbia, South America to investigate and disrupt the growing Muerte Blanca Cartel and there efforts to take over the Colombian government.
After 11 years undercover, Monarch went dark. The cartel had grown to be the number one resource for crocacin and weapons in the western hemisphere. Numerous attempts were made to find intel on what happened to Monarch over the next year. After a year went by without any information regarding Monarchs fate, it was decided to deploy 7th Special Forces group, 4th Plt, 3rd Squad to find out what happened to Monarch.
6 months after the Special Forces team was deployed, 3rd squad went dark. Shortly thereafter, it was decided to organize and deploy a platoon sized element in Columbia to discover agent Monarchs final Fate and recover 3rd Squad.

Following Task Force Specter's deployment, a team was sent to recover the Forward Recon Scout in country. Following success of this small operation, Task Force Specter learned that "3rd squad" had turned on their country and joined the Cartels Operation. It was discovered the Cartels Operations ran thick across country and would prove difficult to dismantle.
Not long after, it was learned a Weapon of Mass Destruction "WMD" was being constructed by the Cartel and was to be launched at a U.S. military installation in Panama. Along with the "WMD", A chemical agent known as "Element 115" was to be attached with said weapon. "Element 115" was included to maximize damage to the installation and surrounding areas.
Task Force Specter forces were able to recover "Element 115" but unable to stop or redirect the "WMD".
Now, going on a year after being deployed in country, a new threat has risen that has both the Cartel and the Task Force on edge. Though the Cartel have doubled down on production, the Task Force have organized a new battle plan they've dubbed "Monarchs Extinction" of which is planned to be executed soon. Plans are to be set in motion:
