Lets walk together!

Led by Allie Madden, this walking group meets Tuesdays at 9:05am at the Opera Hall after the BZP tai chi class.

March 25 through May 27, JOIN ANY TIME!

This walking group is what we call here at Blue Zones Project a walking moai. Moai (pronounced moh-eye) is a concept from Okinawa, Japan that means coming together for a common purpose. The Okinawans are some of the world’s longest living people who join together to support each other in times of need. Walking Moais, or walking groups, encourage that same social support while adding the extra emotional and physical benefits of walking.
