Sweet Potato Gardening Workshop, BZP Tuolumne County

Chris Montesano is a bio-intensive gardener in Sonora with a wealth of know-how. Here at Blue Zones Project we know that sweet potatoes are one of the veggies most blue zones have. They are very tolerant to heat and quite nutritious. Delicious too! Chris also chooses Chinese red noodle beans as a favorite that survives the hotter climate here in Sonora.

We will provide heirloom sweet potato plants for each participant and a few noodle beans! You can go home and plant them. Chris is going give us tips on planting. Free workshop with limited space. Please RSVP soon.
