Join us IN PERSON AND ONLINE on the LAST MONDAY OF EVERY MONTH for a donation-based, open sitting. Finding center and home in our own being is now more important than ever. As we navigate uncharted terrain in our personal and collective lives, we have incredible access to wisdom teachings that are as pertinent today as they were in the Buddha’s time.Meditation is one of the tools that we can use to discover the eye of the storm that is within each and every one of us.
