About this Event
At times, we all find ourselves wanting greater clarity—a sense of ease, perspective, or direction in the midst of everyday life.
This workshop is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with that clarity through a grounded, experiential process.
In a small, guided group setting, you’ll be led through a combination of gentle yoga, somatic wareness, and structured reflective writing. Together, these practices help you step out of habitual thinking, reconnect with your body, and explore your current experience from a more spacious and supportive perspective.
Rather than trying to force answers, this approach creates the conditions for insight to emerge more naturally—often bringing a clearer sense of what matters, what feels aligned, and what your next step might be.
The yoga in this workshop is accessible and non-performative, designed to support awareness and grounding rather than flexibility or intensity. No prior experience with yoga or writing is needed.
What you’ll experience
- Gentle, guided yoga to support presence and awareness
- A structured reflective writing process to explore a question or area of your life
- Simple tools to shift perspective and access insight
- A calm, supportive group environment (no sharing required)
What you may leave with
- Greater clarity around a specific situation or question
- A new perspective that feels more spacious or actionable
- A practical method you can return to on your own
- A sense of grounding, alignment, and possibility
A note on outcomes
Each person’s experience is different. While many participants leave with a clearer perspective, this workshop is not about forcing a breakthrough—but about creating the conditions for meaningful insight to arise in its own way.
