NEXT SUNDAY. Oct 12. 4pm.Joins us to celebrate the opening of THE PETER BODGE & SEED ARTISTS JAZZ LIBRARY at the Montclair Public Library (MPL).
Our dear friend Peter Bodge--artist behind those stunning Dolphy festival images, leader of our listening sessions at the MPL--passed last month. So sad he won't be there next week to see
opening of his collection of 600+ jazz books and a program of free concerts, film screening, lectures, and kids' creative programming.
We begin with a FREE concert by James Brandon Lewis (tenor sax), Seed Artists founder Pheeroan Aklaff (drums), and Jeong Lim Yang (bass).
