The way we deliver these clinics is in a group setting - we'll assess the conditions on the day and select suitable skills to enhance the group for the session.
We won't venture too far from shore, so at any stage, if you wish to head back to land, you can. We’ll likely go back and forth to shore during the session.
You may wear a tow float, but in some skills sessions, these will not be suitable.
All levels of swimmers are welcome, but if you are a 'faster swimmer', please note you may wait a little longer between some activities.
