The Heart Chakra (Anahata) is the bridge between the earthly and the spiritual, where compassion, forgiveness, and deep connection reside. When this chakra is balanced, we feel open, trusting, and capable of giving and receiving love freely. But when blocked, we may experience grief, emotional guarding, loneliness, or an inability to connect, even with ourselves.

This 2-hour workshop invites you into a safe, nurturing space to soften protective layers and reconnect with your innate ability to love and be loved.

What’s included:

- Gentle Kundalini kriyas to open the heart and move stagnant energy

- Breathwork and somatic movement to create emotional spaciousness

- A sacred cacao ceremony to enhance emotional connection and presence

- Reiki energy healing to soothe the nervous system and balance the heart chakra

- Guided rest, journaling prompts, and intention setting

- Optional sharing circle to connect and integrate

About Your Facilitator: Lola specializes in activating the parasympathetic state through Restorative Yoga and Reiki. Lola’s roots are Indigenous to Central America, and her offerings are deeply inspired by the Earth-honoring traditions of her lineage. A lifelong practitioner of the holistic arts and yoga, she finds true joy in sharing healing practices that help others reconnect to their bodies, breath, and inner power. Lola strives to make an authentic connection with every person that she teaches and heals. She is a Reiki Master and is available for private Reiki sessions for emotional and physical relaxation. In addition to working with adults, Lola also loves teaching Yoga to kids. In her free time, Lola is training for her 1st Black Belt in Kung Fu and hunting for the best vegan spots in the city.
