An in-person connection workshop for men and women who want more intimacy, closeness, & honest connection - with themselves and with others.
About this Event

This is a guided, co-created space where we will slow down, come back to the body, and explore connection through simple practices inspired by tantra, intimacy work, and authentic relating.

You do not need to come with a partner.
You do not need to be confident.
You do not need to be “good” at connection.
You do not need to be fully open, healed, or ready.

You can come exactly as you are.

This space is for you if you want:

  • more connection in your life
  • more intimacy and closeness
  • more confidence expressing yourself
  • to feel safer being seen
  • to understand your relationship patterns
  • to practise opening at your own pace
  • to feel more connected to your body, heart, and truth
  • to be around people who are also choosing honesty, presence, and growth

So much of our healing happens in relationship.

We can do beautiful work alone - journaling, meditating, reflecting, learning about ourselves - and that matters.

But many of our deepest relational wounds, fears, protections, attachment patterns, and longings were formed in connection.

So sometimes, they need to be met in connection too.

Not through pressure.
Not through forcing.
Not through pretending.
Not through getting intimacy “right.”

But through slowing down, listening to the body, and noticing what happens when we are met with presence.

In this workshop, you’ll be invited to notice things like:

  • How do I open to connection?
  • How do I close or protect myself?
  • Where do I people-please, perform, hide, or over-give?
  • Where do I pull away?
  • What does my body feel when someone is present with me?
  • What helps me feel safe enough to connect?
  • What happens when I stay connected to myself while relating to someone else?

Everything will be an invitation.

You will be encouraged to listen to your own body, trust your pace, and choose what feels right for you.

You are allowed to say no.
You are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to take space.
You are allowed to participate in the way that feels right for you.

This is not about pushing through discomfort.

It is about building more awareness, choice, self-trust, and connection.

What we’ll do

The workshop will include:

♡ grounding practices to help you arrive in the space
♡ gentle movement & embodiment practices
♡ guided reflection
♡ paired or group connection exercises
♡ authentic relating prompts
♡ noticing what happens in your body during connection
♡ optional sharing
♡ space to pause, integrate, and come back to yourself

You’ll be supported to stay connected to yourself while opening to others.

The intention is for you to leave feeling more grounded, connected, clear, and supported.

You may also leave with:

  • more awareness of your patterns in relationship
  • more compassion for yourself
  • a clearer sense of what helps you feel safe
  • more confidence communicating your needs
  • a felt sense of not having to hold everything alone
  • a reminder that connection can be simple, honest, playful, and nourishing

This is a space where you do not need to perform.

No pretending.
No forcing.
No needing to be anyone else.
No getting it “right.”

Just you, your body, your heart, your truth - at your own pace.

Come alone, with a friend, or with a partner.

You’ll be held in a supportive, non-judgmental space with others who are also choosing to explore connection with more honesty, presence, and care.
