Open PTO Meeting with BISD

We have invited Bryan ISD board member, Norma Friddle, to attend our upcoming PTO Meeting in October. She will be giving info about the upcoming VATRE vote before voting begins and will be available to ask ANY questions regarding the possible tax increase.
We are opening this meeting up to the public so that the community can come learn more. There is already a lot of (mis)information circulating about this and we wanted to give the public more info so you can make a clearer decision for your vote.
We will have a few refreshments available, and have our regular meeting after Mrs Friddle's time, so no one will be required to stay through the entire meeting.
Hemos invitado a Norma Friddle, miembro de la junta directiva del Distrito Escolar Independiente de Bryan (Bryan ISD), a asistir a nuestra próxima junta de la Asociación de Padres y Maestros (PTO) en octubre. Ella brindará información sobre la próxima votación de VATRE antes de que comience la votación y estará disponible para responder CUALQUIER pregunta relacionada con el posible aumento de impuestos.
Esta reunión estará abierta al público para que la comunidad pueda venir a informarse mejor. Ya circula mucha (des)información al respecto y queremos brindar más datos al público para que puedan tomar una decisión más clara a la hora de votar.
