The May Hootenanny was another extraordinary event, and we will be getting Extra-Hengey (TM) for this June Edition just days before the Summer Solstice.
Proceedings shall be especially incandescent as we mark the beginning of Summer and marvel at the wonders of the cosmos.
And as always, we shall rock out like mad monkeys while enjoying the hell out of each other's company and the ecstasy of sharing ourselves in a fearless forthright fashion.
Y'all know how we roll; an eclectic array of talented performers, a passel of scintillating spectators, and the gorgeous North Street Cabaret with its panoply of inexpensive libations.
"Universal Liberation Through Creative Self-Actualization"* is our motto and a rocking good time for all is our goal.

Michael Hollywood recently returned to Wisconsin after 36 years in Chicago. He has experience as a Standup Comic, Storyteller, Musician, Performance Poet, Lecturer, Tour Guide, and Writer (amongst other things). He is co-author of a book about Chicago Filmmaking and a graduate of DePaul University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies. He considers Live Performance to be a sacred activity and takes a special joy in helping others to connect with their own creativity.
