The Ashtabula Downtown Development Association (ADDA) is hosting “Open for Business-available property tours ” to promote doing business downtown Ashtabula.
4:00-6:30 Available property tours via shuttle (Main Ave)
6:30-7:00 Closing reception (Ashtabula County District Library)
Select vacant buildings for lease and for sale will be open to tour.
Tour shuttle compliments of Richmond Transportation. Hop on and off the shuttle to tour all of the downtown available properties.
The Ashtabula County District Library will host various lenders, economic development business specialists (Neo Fund, Ashtabula City, County, Growth Partnership, 503 Corporation, Ashtabula Chamber of Commerce, and (YSU)Small Business Development Center) to answer questions, discuss business plans and ideas.
We welcome the richness of a diverse community. Our goal is to increase opportunities in the district by recruiting new, relocating, and/or expanding businesses.
Businesses that may complement current downtown businesses include, but are certainly not limited to, culinary equipment and supplies, electronics/hi-tech equipment, home accents, lighting, micro-brewery/winery, restaurants, bakery, organic grocer,
tech-focused, or experience-based training such as pottery, robotics, gaming, music store, dance studio , yoga, as well as professional services (e.g. accounting, tax, legal, medical, etc.).
