• Date: Wednesday 24th June
• Time: 4pm – 7pm
• Location: Chesterfield College, Infirmary Road, S41 7NG
• Parking: Please follow signs for Staff and Student car park on Infirmary Road. There is some parking available on Infirmary Road, please only park in the designated areas and avoid double yellows/blocking exits.

Eventbrite is not a college service, however we acknowledge it is a widely used and reputable service for events management.

• To aid organisation of college events, attendee information may be shared with the relevant staff in the College e.g. list of attendees could be provided to the college host.

• We will store your information securely, so that we can communicate to you about the event (e.g. cancellation of event, changes to the itinerary, a satisfaction survey).

• We delete our access to personal information on Eventbrite after 6 years (this mean our access not how long EventBrite retain the data for).
