Join Company She for Open COMPANY CLASS at Creation Works!

Class will have a strong emphasis on floor work, travelling, technique & movement exploration focusing on empowerment and identity. It will include a range of exercises and phrases that will see movers gliding, shifting, turning, twisting. There will be high energy moments alongside gentle movement and breathwork.

Working with Company SHE’s methods, you will have the opportunity to learn repertoire from the touring production, CROWN (coming to Sterts Arts on 25/04!).

We invite you to join us to let go of mind chatter and focus on the body and movement.
