**Location: NEW PROSPECT THEATRE - 207 Prospect Street**
TURBO CYRANO: Swift Poetic d’Bergeracy attempts to contain Edmond Rostand’s 5-act Epic Romance into a dense 90-minute play, using theatre tricks, casting adventurism, beautiful words and actions with pure unadulterated speed!
We are looking for a chorus of great actors who can work well together. Auditioners will audition together; be ready to play.
Actors interested in TURBO CYRANO can prepare by:
(1) familiarizing yourselves with this famous work ahead of time, by either watching a filmed version or reading the widely available script.
(2) be ready to read ANY character (eyeglasses if you need ‘em) and move (which means dressed for movement).
(3) should prepare a 30-second talent to show off. Important skills are verbal dexterity, endurance, and takes direction well. It is possible that every actor will play any and every part at some-time in this production, so all ages, genders, ethnicities, and body types will be considered.
Show runs May 14-24, 2026 at New Prospect Theatre as part of the BTG Satellites Series. Please come prepared to note any conflicts.
