Art Therapy Group Event: Mandalas and Daily CheckinsDaily mandalas can be a great way to do regular mental health self care and as a personal practice. Carl Jung started doing just that every morning after he ended his association with Freud. Sometimes a little space for your emotions is exactly what you need to come into a better balance and relationship with them. Several techniques will be explored with time for group discussion.
$75 per session. $395 if you pay for all 6 summer sessions in advance.
