Art Therapy Group Event: Free Writing and Blackout PoetryFree writing is a great tool for releasing the inner critic and anxiety and get yourself warmed up for creative work and mental health hygiene. This exercise takes it a step further and combines it with black out poetry for a surprising creative, visual personal message. Handouts to take home will be provided.
$75 per session. $395 if you pay for all 6 summer sessions in advance.
