How our parents write our destiny in childhood.
About this Event

This event includes two lectures.

1st lecture

MOTHERS AND DAUGHTERS

How a woman’s relationship with her mother in childhood affects her life

The relationship with our mother is the first and most important relationship in our lives.

It’s in this relationship that our personality, our connection to our body, and our sense of self-worth are formed.

Here, we also take on the scenarios that will shape the way we live our lives as adults.

Many of us live according to scenarios that are not truly ours. They were formed in childhood - from our mother’s experiences, her perspective, her ways of handling life. We absorbed them unconsciously because we wanted to be loved, accepted, and safe.

However, these scenarios do not always reflect our true nature. Sometimes it feels as we are playing someone else’s role instead of living our own life.

Even the best qualities of our mother (e.g., strength or dedication) can harm us if we take them as obligations that do not fit our true nature. Instead of following our own path, we begin to repeat our mother’s story.

This lecture is designed to help you recognise those foreign scenarios, distinguish them from your own, discover your true nature, and understand how your relationship with your mother shaped your personality.

In this lecture, we will talk about:

  • Why do I struggle to fully accept my body or always feel the need to “fix” it?
  • Why do I feel too little feminine or disconnected from myself?
  • Where do the feelings of not being enough and unworthy come from?
  • Where do the feelings of not knowing who I am or what I truly want come from?
  • Why do I repeat the same relationship patterns as my mother?
  • Why do I struggle to get what I most desire?
  • Why do I always feel like something is missing in my life?
  • Why do I demand from my partner to confirm that I am feminine enough?
  • Why do I feel the need to compete with my partner in our relationship?
  • Why do I not feel satisfaction in my relationships, or why does it last only for a short time?

In this lecture, you will learn:

  • How to recognise the scenarios you inherited from your mother (even the ones that seem “good”)
  • How to understand when you are not living your own life but playing someone else’s role.
  • How to realise what doesn’t belong to you and understand what you truly need.
  • How to reconnect with your body, your feelings, and your true nature.
  • How to break free from repeating mother-daughter patterns and start making choices that come from your true self.

2nd lecture

FATHERS AND DAUGHTERS

How a woman’s relationship with her father in childhood affects her life

The father is the first male figure in a daughter’s life, and the relationship with him shapes how we see men, intimacy, self-confidence, and our ability to feel strong inner foundation.

Our relationship with him also influences the relationships we form with life itself, with people, with our career, and with money.

In this relationship, we learn either to trust or fear closeness, to accept our feelings or hide them, to choose courage or adapt.

If the father appeared weak, perhaps constantly criticised by the mother, a certain image of masculinity is formed within us. Later, this can show up in relationships, where we repeatedly choose weaker partners.

If the father was unavailable, emotionally or physically, we learn that closeness is dangerous or simply unattainable. Women often fear trusting men or try to “earn” love by adapting to their expectations.

Until we see our father as he truly is, and recognise whether we are viewing him through our mother’s eyes or through the eyes of our inner child, these patterns will continue to repeat, even if we are not consciously aware of them.

This lecture is designed to help you see your father through your adult eyes, distinguish your own experiences from your mother’s projections, and break free from recurring scenarios that have been shaping your relationships, choices, and life.

In this lecture, we will talk about:

  • Why do I find it difficult to trust men or feel safe around them?
  • Why does intimacy feel dangerous or unattainable for me?
  • Why do I feel like I need to “earn” love or attention in relationships?
  • Why do I constantly search for the “perfect partner” but can never find one - there is always something “wrong”?
  • Why do I keep choosing men who are weaker than me?
  • Why do I choose men that are emotionally unavailable, controlling or manipulative?
Why do I choose men that are already taken?
Why do I feel the need to compete with other women?
  • Why do I hesitate to take risks or aim higher in my career?
  • Why, even when achieving good results, do I feel like something is still missing and I cannot feel fully content.
  • Why does masculine energy (inner strength, stability, confidence) seem inaccessible to me?
  • Why do I find it difficult to accept help or feel supported in relationships and in life?

In this lecture, you will learn:

  • How to rebuild self-confidence and reconnect with the healthy masculine part within you that comes from your father.
  • How to create a healthy relationship with the world - with people, partners, career, and money.
  • How to stop seeking approval or trying to “earn” love, and instead feel worthy just as you are.
  • How to free yourself from your mother’s perceptions and your inner child’s projections about your father.
  • How to break free from repeating father-daughter patterns and start making choices that come from your true self.
