Online Core Skills Programme - Coaching for G3+

This workshop for staff Grade 3+ will be delivered by Charlotte Dawber, West Sussex Mind's Training Manager.

By the end of the session participants should be able to:

• Know what coaching is and when to coach ​
• (Hopefully) have adopted the coaching mindset ​
• Know how to use the GROW coaching model ​(lots of practice)​
• Know how to create accountability and follow up

This session will provide you with lots of strategies for your coaching conversations, and plenty of time to practice to ensure you are confident applying them.
