Online Baking Workshop - Portuguese Custard Tarts

Portuguese Custard tarts (pastel de nata) is a popular treat not only in Portugal but all over the world! Traditionally made with puff pastry crust and an egg and milk based filling, these tarts are perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Join me online and learn how to bake these tarts at home. I'll be teaching you how to make the puff pastry crust from scratch and of course the unforgettable filling. No need for fancy, pans - you'll be able to make copycats at home using your muffin pan!
