One Piece TCG: Extra Regulation Grand Battle Tournament

-Entry fee: $20.00, due at the time of registration.

-This is a sanctioned Bandai event, so each participant will need to have a Bandai TCG+ account membership to register themself using the website or app. If you don't have one, you can create a free account here.

-This event has a cap of 32 players. Registration is only available on the day of the event, and only successfully enrolled or waitlisted players will be considered:

• Successfully enrolled player registration period: 5:30pm-6:30pm. Successfully enrolled players that miss this window are no longer guaranteed a spot in the event as we will begin enrolling Waitlisted players.
• Waitlisted player registration period: 6:30pm-6:40pm. All Waitlisted players and successfully enrolled players that missed the previous window that have checked in will be entered into a raffle to fill the remaining spots for the event until we hit the 32 player cap.

-The format is Extra Regulation following the latest rules, errata, and restricted list. They can be found here. The banlist will be posted here for reference.

-The following cards are banned cannot be played in any deck:

・OP06-047 Charlotte Pudding

・OP03-040 Nami

・OP06-086 Gecko Moria

・ST10-001 Trafalgar Law

・OP06-116 Reject

-The following cards are banned pairs and cannot be played together in any deck:

・OP07-115 I Re-Quasar Helllp!!//EB04-058 Borsalino

・OP11-040 Monkey.D.Luffy//OP11-067 Charlotte Katakuri

・OP11-040 Monkey.D.Luffy//OP08-069 Charlotte Linlin

-The tournament will consist of 5 rounds of Swiss. Each round will be a 35-minute best-of-one-game match. End-of-round procedure is an additional 5 minutes added to the game OR three additional full turns, whichever finishes first. If a game has not concluded by that point, we will use the following tiebreakers to determine a winner:

・The player with the highest number of Life cards wins.

・The player with the higher number of cards remaining in their deck wins.

・The player with more Characters in their Character area wins.

・The player who last removed a card from their Life area wins.

-Each player will receive an Event Pack Vol. 8 for participation at the start of round 1. Additional prizes are awarded at the conclusion of the tournament based on final standings:

• 1st Place: EB02-006 Yamato Serial Number Card
• 1st-4th Place: Extra Grand Battle for Stores 2026 OP14-033 Perona
• 1st-8th Place: Additional Event Pack Vol. 8
• All Other Players: No additional prize
