One-on-One Mental Health Listening Sessions
Everyone deserves to be heard. Join us for free, confidential one-on-one listening sessions in a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, lonely, or simply need someone to talk to, we’re here to listen.
Each session lasts 30 minutes, giving you dedicated time to share what’s on your mind with a compassionate listener. These sessions are designed to provide emotional support through active listening and conversation. They are not counseling, therapy, or crisis intervention, but they can be a valuable first step toward feeling heard and supported.
